Grilling Sessions: Having a Healthy BBQ

The best way to distract your guests, so they don’t try and take over your amazing grill work, is to serve a great dip for a starter. This Roasted Corn and Sweet Pepper Crab Dip is very different, but the best part of it all is that it can be ready when they arrive! Check out the recipe here:

Keeping a classic flair to your party is always nice because we don’t want to scare people with crazy dishes.  So grab some sweet corn at your local farmer’s market and throw it on the grill. Add an extra kick to your corn with a little lime, chili powder and butter; it will make all the difference. Vegetables on the grill are always and fun and a different way to provide healthy side dishes to your BBQ.  Eggplant is a simple and fast choice.  Simply slice the eggplant in about ½ inch slices, sprinkle with salt and then lightly coat both sides with a mixture of vegetable oil, lemon juice, and garlic salt.  Grill each side for about 2 minutes.
