Oh What to Make for Dinner…

It’s a never ending battle, trying to decide what to make for dinner every night. Not too heavy, not too light, it has to have enough flavors to truly enjoy but not overwhelm. How does one accomplish such a task?

We’ve got a great dinner recipe for the combination of a wonderful fall comfort food and some steaks and a wonderful salad. Sounds tasty right? Let’s start with an amazing and not too difficult butternut squash soup recipe that is just divine. Don’t be intimidated by the time it takes to prepare, it is a fairly easy to follow recipe.

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup (2 hrs)

*definitely add the toasted pumpkin seeds for a garnish

Next would be to get some green onions and some truffle oil sautéing in a nice medium-sized skillet. Drop those amazing Sweetwood Tenderloin Tips (http://www.sweetwoodsteaks.com/tenderloin-tips/) that you picked up for only $9.99(!) into the skillet and cook until your preferred levels! Finally, toss a nice winter greens salad. A nice suggestion with this butternut squash soup and the tenderloin tips would be baby spinach, escarole and radicchio. And throw some sugared pecans or walnuts in there for a nice texture.

And there you have it! A wonderful fall dinner plan, enjoy.
